Penrith are throwing everything at the Storm, but an error ends their last attacking raid. This has been a great night of NRL action. If only it was all like this. Storm win 30-24

Time runs out – Storm win
Hold the phone. Penrith won’t stop
Brian To’o scores a similar try to his earlier effort and the margin is back to six points. Three minutes remain. What a game. Golden point looming large. Storm lead 30-24 after 77 minutes
Hughes, Munster, Papenhuyzen. TRY
A perfect kick from Cameron Munster bounces up perfectly for Ryan Papenhuyzen to score and re-establish a 10-point lead. Great planning, great players and great execution. Penrith will have won a few more friends with their plucky performance on this night, but it doesn’t look like it will be enough. Storm lead 30-20 after 75 minutes
No quit in these Panthers
Brian T’o scores in the corner and we officially have a grandstand finish. Some excellent resilience from Penrith gets a fitting reward. A great sweep to the left end with To’o diving over. Storm lead 24-20 after 71 minutes.

Cleary and Anderson injury updates
In somewhat positive news, reports out of the Penrith camp are that Nathan Cleary was feeling good after his first half concussion.
As for Grant Anderson, he has returned to the Storm bench under his own steam. I wouldn’t say he’s out of the woods as far as injury goes, but early signs suggest it isn’t a super-serious knee injury. But then again, I’m not a doctor. Storm lead 24-16 after 54 minutes
Wishart the winger scores
It isn’t four points for the Illawarra Steelers. It’s another try for the Storm who now have a bit of a lead once again. Tyran Wishart didn’t have a lot to do, but that’s pretty common for a lot of winger’s tries. Storm lead 24-16 after 60 minutes

Fears for Grant Anderson
The Storm winger is having his knee examined after what looked like a non-contact injury. He will leave the field and more will be known once further tests are done and scans are conducted. Anderson and Meaney started as buddies on the right side of the field, but are now both done for the night. Certainly an area for the Panthers to explore. Storm lead 20-16 after 55 minutes.
