A young man and two dogs died in a suspicious house fire south-west of Brisbane overnight.

Emergency services were called to a home on Pratten Street, Warwick, about 9.45pm on Monday.

A 20-year-old man and two dogs were found dead inside.

A man, woman and two dogs are dead after two house fires in as many days.

Police have cordoned off a crime scene and are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Just over 24 hours earlier, a property on Kathleen Street in Sarina, south of Mackay, went up in flames.

A 71-year-old woman was found dead inside.

Queensland police are yet to confirm the cause of the fires.
