For the Sharks Oregan Kaufusi shifts to the bench with Thomas Hazleton starting at prop. Daniel Atkinson drops to 18th man, with Jesse Jesse Colquhoun joining the bench.
For the Eels Matt Doorey drops out with Jordan Samrani joining the bench.
Centre Kayal Iro has been named to make his return from a hamstring injury with Mawene Hiroti (knee) dropping out.
Braden Hamlin-Uele is also slated for his first NRL game since Round 3 after making a successful return from injury in NSW Cup last week. Hamlin-Uele joins the bench.
Suspended forward Kelma Tuilagi has been replaced by Charlie Guymer in the second row. Dylan Brown and Mitchell Moses will again combine in the halves, with Isaiah Iongi lining up at fullback.
