Today’s proceedings will be consumed by outgoing content chief Chris Oliver-Taylor’s cross-examination.

Oliver-Taylor, who resigned from the ABC last month, has been positioned by Lattouf’s team as one of three key decision makers in her allegedly unlawful termination, alongside former chair Ita Buttrose and David Anderson.

The ABC says Oliver-Taylor was the sole decision maker, a view reaffirmed by Anderson on Thursday. “He’s made a decision here for which I don’t know any of the details,” Anderson said, recounting the moment he was informed Lattouf would be taken offair.

While Buttrose was scheduled to appear as a witness today, she is now likely to be cross-examined early next week.
