Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa has been in the news, especially for changes in its cast and people quitting due to alleged politics on set. Now, after Gaurav Khanna’s shocking exit, actress Alisha Parveen has also been removed from Anupamaa. Alisha played the role of Rupali Ganguly’s stepdaughter, Aadya, in the show produced by Rajan Shahi. Reacting to this shocking turn of events, Alisha Parveen has now alleged that she was ousted from the hit show without any prior information. Alisha Parveen also expressed shock at the circumstances and claimed that she wasn’t aware why she had been asked to leave.

In an interview with ETimes, Alisha Parveen said, “It is shocking and disappointing. I am not sure what exactly happened and why I am being replaced! Today was my last day on the set of Anupamaa. It was a fantastic opportunity and everybody loved my chemistry with Shivam Khajuria. But I have no clue why I was suddenly replaced.”
“I had a meeting yesterday and was told about this decision. I am completely clueless but it happens sometimes. I will focus on my future projects now,” she further added.
The producer of the show Rajan Shahi and the lead actress Rupali Ganguly have not reacted to Alisha Parveen’s exit from Anupamaa as of now.
